Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and of Seymour Travel's trip planning and flight quote services. By sending a request you agree that they apply.

1. What Seymour Travel does

Seymour Travel is a travel agency based in Cuenca, Ecuador. We do not sell fixed packages: we design each trip to order together with local operators, and we quote flight tickets. For the United States we currently offer flight tickets only.

2. Quotes and bookings

The trip planner and the flight form send a quote request, not a booking. A quote does not guarantee price, seats or availability. A trip or ticket is only booked once Seymour Travel confirms it in writing and you pay under the conditions of that quote.

3. Operators and airlines

The services of your trip are provided by independent local operators, hotels, airlines and other suppliers. Each has its own conditions (baggage, changes, cancellations, safety), which apply in addition to these terms. We will share them with you together with the quote.

4. Prices and availability

Prices, fares, schedules and seats may change until they are confirmed. The information on the website about destinations, best times to go, requirements and fees is indicative; always confirm the current details before you travel.

5. Traveler responsibility

Each traveler is responsible for having:

• A valid passport or other travel document, with the validity each destination requires.
• The visas and entry or transit permits that apply to them.
• Adequate travel and health insurance, and any required vaccinations or health requirements.
• Compliance with the rules of each destination, including those of protected areas such as Galápagos.

We can guide you, but the final verification of requirements is yours.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, change and refund conditions are those stated in each quote and those of the suppliers involved. Some services may be non-refundable. Seymour Travel's general cancellation and refund policy is [política a definir].

7. Limits of liability

Seymour Travel acts as an intermediary and organizer of services provided by third parties. To the extent the law allows, it is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, such as airline or operator changes or cancellations, weather, strikes, border closures or decisions by authorities. Nothing here limits the consumer rights that the law grants and that cannot be waived.

8. Use of the website

The texts, images and brands on the site belong to Seymour Travel or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial purposes without authorization. Please use the forms with truthful information and do not try to interfere with how the site works.

9. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities of Ecuador.
